What it actually costs
The free plan hands you 100 credits a day, no card required, which covers the small jobs most small businesses and sole traders need: a compressed PDF, a QR code, an invoice knocked out between customers. If you lean on it every week, the paid tiers are Plus at 15 pounds a month, Pro at 79 pounds a month and Max at 159 pounds a month, each adding more credits and hosting for bigger jobs. Nothing you make carries a watermark and nothing is locked in; the files are yours whichever plan you are on. Hiring a vetted freelancer through the human network is priced per job, with the money held safely until the work is signed off, which matters if you have ever paid a deposit up front and then chased someone for three weeks.
The bit that might actually help your business
Away from the paperwork, the agent can also build a simple website, run a repeat task on a schedule, or bring in a proper freelancer for the jobs an app cannot do, a logo, a leaflet, a quick fix to your booking page. That is a bigger job than most people start with, and the free tools are a fair way to see how the agent works before you trust it with something that matters.
